Makes a differenceFeb 08, 2008
By Husam J. Alnajjar I'm use to working out at home. I have a few videos to choose from, and they have some movements that require the Resistance rope, and I never did that part. Now I can see a big difference in my training. It does realy make a difference. I can see my self struggling in some parts of the excercise that I didn't use thsi product with before. I love it. It took what ever I was doing one step up.

Snapped!Jan 28, 2010
By F I only had this product 2 weeks before the tube snapped. The resistance was pretty light (should have got the heavy), the foam handles nice, but now... unusable.

Resistance is futileNov 11, 2010

You're not going to turn into Mr. Universe with this thing, but it will help with toning. It's great for traveling. You have to shorten the band if you want to increase the resistence for a harder workout.

Great cheap band! Perfect for P90XJun 25, 2010
By zach I bought this band for under $10 around six months ago and it has held up very well. I wasn't sure from the pictures if the handles had a solid core (as opposed to just nylon fabric handles, but there is a solid tube in there to grip). I would spend the money on this brand again instead of spending $15 plus for one from a store. The resistance level is very nice too, don't have too stretch too far to feel the burn!

Training ToolApr 17, 2010
By Eleanor The first one broke after about two weeks. The replacement tube broke after about ten days. Recommend NOT buying it. It's poorly made.
