DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THEM!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! My product fell apart in only 2 months of normal use and they refused to exchange it for a properly working item. They do not stand behind their product, they don't care. It's not like I called them after a year, I called them after 2 months of owning it, nothing should fall apart after 2 months. They suck!

plastic inner liner on the stainless steel mug is connected by a crooked rusty screw! came apart during the 1st hand washing! SO IRRITATED, next time i want to buy garbage i'll go to walmart

Bought as gifts for my husband, he LOVED them. They look great and are of very good quality. My only complaint is that they can't be put in dishwasher and if they get wet (rinsing/hand washing), you must dry right away so the metal doesn't tarnish. Kinda inconvenient, but a great gift for a Braves fan! No leaks on travel cup so far.
