I ordered 2 sets of mugs from Price Pros. One the Islanders, the other the Jets. One of the Islanders mugs came shattered. I looked up how to return a damaged product and followed the instructions. I was sent a reply email stating that I would get a return label from UPS in 7-10 business days. Then, upon receipt, I could request a new mug. On the 11 day, I sent Price Pros an email explaining my situation. I received an email stating that I should use the return label I was sent. I called customer service and told them I never received the label. The representative was so kind and told me he would send me the Islanders mug set immediately. I received a package, opened it and it was 2 more Jets mugs. I called again. The same representative was very kind, helpful and truly seemed to want to resolve my issue. So here I am, waiting for yet another Islanders set. My original order was placed on 11/4/10 and I still have not received the product I ordered. Customer service is great, but my once-chanukah present is beyond late and here I am still waiting!

Anyone considering these mugs should be warned that they are not dishwasher or microwave safe. Can you believe that? In 2011, a product that you can't throw in the dishwasher or microwave. Not lack of ability for one or the other: BOTH.
Nowhere in the product description did I see anything mentioning this fact, and I wouldn't have bought the things if I had known of their inability to accommodate basic, common contemporary functions.
Totally amazing, in an entirely negative way. The mugs otherwise appear of decent quality, but for lack of disclosure, I won't buy from seller again. Ever.
